Description

Estate grown, no spray, no till, regeneratively farmed.  Naturally fermented for both primary and secondary fermentations. Unfiltered and unfined. Pomegranate and cherry on the nose, cherry and blueberry to taste, with plenty of acid to carry the flavors on and on.  Aged for 12 months in neutral French oak barrels.
